Fantastic welcome by Marco with personalized map guidance. The compact room was comfortable and had a modern touch-perfectly situated near local bakeries and major attractions.

Great location just a short walk to the waterfront and palace. Also close to two supermarkets. We booked a double room and deluxe double room - they were next to each other with a nice shared balcony area with tables and chairs. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

What a nice stay, nothing too much trouble. Cute hotel with excellent and amazing location close enough to the city centre and the bus stop/port, the promenade, beach, bus and ferry terminals and the Old Town.

Easy walking distance to the city centre and restaurants. Clean, welcoming and nice little kitchen.
Driving to and parking around hotel difficult. Very narrow roads and footpaths so a little tricky to locate.

Quiet area with easy walking access to the beach and Diocletian Palace. Room layout promotes comfort and includes a small kitchen for convenience.
Navigating to the place can be tricky due to the labyrinthine streets. It may take some time before you get it right. Hot water supply in the shower runs out quickly, leading to a chilly rinse at the end of your shower.

The hotel owner welcomed us on the way to the hotel. I wonder since when he had been standing there...so nice because we were almost lost. There is a supermarket 3minutes by walk. Clean and warm room.

Very good location just 5 minutes or so from centre. Friendly owners. Someone picked us up from bus station and it is also very close by. Room rather small but you can sit outside on the veranda. Good place to stay for 2 or 3 nights to discover Split and Trogir. Also close to port for onward crossings to the islands.

Was met at the bus station by the owner (despite my bus being late), who walked me the short distance to the accommodation and also showed me the nearby supermarket, where I was able to buy stuff for breakfast which I had on the terrace outside the apartment. It's in a good location just a few hundred metres from Diocletian's Palace and the lovely historic centre of Split. Accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable and good value for money.

House Sandra impressed. It had a tasteful decor with an exposed stone wall and plenty of cozy lighting. The room felt spacious and was spotlessly clean, always a plus. I especially appreciated the comfy bed and the amenities like the electric kettle for making tea. The location was a real win too, just a short walk to the old town and local markets. Marco provided a warm welcome and was super helpful throughout. One minor issue was that the labyrinthine streets made it a bit tricky to navigate initially, but after a few walks, it became easier. I also found the shower's hot water supply to be slightly limited. Nonetheless, the overall experience was nice, allowing me to enjoy Split to its fullest.

Within hours of booking the owner contacted us to inquire about our arrival and to arrange meeting us at the bus station. He was there when we arrived and carted my luggage for the 10 minute walk to his guesthouse. Somewhere inbetween a hotel and the traditional sobe, the room was normal sized, with a nice shared patio area for hanging out or smoking. Easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Split, and a very reasonable price plus great hospitality makes this a great place to stay in Split!
Apparently the walls are very thin - while we didn't hear much, when we got back to our apartment after dinner and drinks we were apparently talking too loudly and woke up our neighbors, who responded by banging angrily on the wall. Not a problem, but something to keep in mind!
